Sage has antibacterial, fungistatic (inhibiting the growth of fungi), virostatic, astringent, and inhibits the secretion of sweat and sebum. Sage preparations are anti-inflammatory. Sage has anti-androgenic and estrogenic activity, therefore it is recommended during menopause in women and in the treatment of acne and alopecia due to hyperandrogenism. Sage naturally strengthens the skin's immune system, supporting its defense against bacteria, viruses and fungi. The oil also cares for the skin, keeping it soft, supple and healthy.
HOW TO USE:as an addition to creams, lotions, shampoos, soaps, body butters, oils. Act directly as an oil for the care of the face, body and hair.
